Charlene Manor: Silver Achievement in Quality Award

Charlene Manor was recognized in 2021 for 35 years of giving back to the community through offering quality care, specialized care, programs and services. The facility received this distinction in the form of the American Health Care Assoc./National Center for Assisted Living Silver Achievement in Quality Award.

Charlene Manor’s Stepping Stones program, offering a tuition-free path to earn necessary certifications and attend nursing school, is only one reason this five-star facility was granted the honor of this award. According to Ashley LeBeau, “We have a mission, and part of our mission is to reinvest in our people, and we do that every single day here.”

LeBeau herself has experienced the opportunity to grow with Charlene Manor. She started working at Charlene Manor’s sister facility located in Leeds as a high school student and worked in dining services. Now, she’s the Director of Admissions. It’s through the supportive, encouraging environment of Charlene Manor which allows individuals to grow in their careers.
