Short-term Rehab Patient Makes Full Recovery After Charlene Manor Stay

Kenneth Irwin, 72, of Greenfield, MA, suffered a fall on Christmas Eve while in Paris. He sustained a left hip fracture and, following his surgery, was transferred to Franklin Medical Center. When Kenneth asked around for suggestions on “the best rehab,” he was continuously pointed toward Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility—making his decision on where to go to recover effortless.

Outcomes

Kenneth responded well to his treatment, and, after two and a half weeks of undergoing therapy at Charlene Manor, he was able to go home to his wife and dog, Ruby. According to Kenneth, his pain is gone, and he’s almost back to doing everything he could before his surgery thanks to the help of Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility.
